Students – OSA is Here to Support You

Dear Students,

I am writing during an unprecedented time at our University. I have been thinking about all of you as we’ve been considering how to support you through all this. I’ve been thinking about our international students who are struggling to navigate an uncertain landscape, graduate students whose research may be affected, our students with financial challenges, and our graduates who will be missing the opportunity to walk across the stage. I want you to know that you are on my mind and that I care deeply about these challenges. We are working as quickly as humanly possible to address the emerging questions and concerns.

Please, keep your questions coming our way. You can send them to coe-studentaffairs@umich.edu. We will continue to send updates as we respond to this quickly evolving situation.

You can also connect with us virtually through BlueJeans Office Hours:

We’ve attached updates regarding OSA resources for your continued support. We will have staff members in the ELC and OSA suites during normal business hours. You can visit 143 or 273 Chrysler with any questions or concerns you may have.

I feel such pride and gratitude when I look around and see the incredible students, faculty and staff who are working together to address these challenges. Take care of yourselves and others.

Best,
Jeanne Pearl Murabito
